Briefly describe the hiring process:
CV’s are received via targeted advertising, recommendations and speculative applications. Applicants are asked to complete an application form. Suitable applicants are invited to interview. Suitable applicants are offered a place on the broker training program, with some successful candidates being offered a permanent position with the company.
