What does a typical graduate rotation look like?
Attracting the right people has been key to our success, this process is the main source of our future talent. Graduates will spend the first 6 months in a department, and then they will have the option to rotate according to their identified strengths.

Which offices take graduates?
For 2008 we are looking to place graduates in our offices in the UK, US, France and the Czech Republic.

What are your application deadlines?
The current application process is for a September 2008 intake, interviews will be taking place throughout June and July.

What is the ratio of applicants to the positions?
We have a large number of applicants – for 2007 the ratio was 40:1

Briefly describe the hiring process:
The initial programme will be based at our flagship European Headquarters in London. For the first 4 weeks graduates will undergo training, induction and they will be given an opportunity to learn about Wallstreet Systems and how we work. The initial training programme spans 6 months and covers many disciplines. During this time we will work with candidates to establish their longer term career development plan and decide which department will best utilize and develop their skills and experience.

How much do you pay graduates?
We pay competitive rates with regular reviews to ensure our graduates receive a salary matched to their individual skills and experience.
