Briefly describe the hiring process:
Once you’ve completed our online application form, if your application’s successful, we’ll ask you to take part in a competency-based telephone interview. Depending on which programme you’re applying for, you may then need to take an online numerical, logical reasoning, personality or language test.
Following this, you may be invited to a programme-specific assessment centre at one of our offices. Here, you’ll have the chance to meet the business team and senior managers.
