Training offered:

Initial training takes place in New York and combines classroom training with group and individual projects led by industry experts. You will learn technical, personal and professional skills and also more about Bank of America’s capabilities and culture.

Once you begin work in your group, you will have access to ongoing education, which will help you to progress in your specific business areas.

Our mentoring programme will help you build relationships and gain valuable career development advice as well as an understanding of our organisational structure and culture. Cross-divisional presentations and the sharing of experiences will provide you with additional knowledge about the financial services industry

Your 10 week summer internship at Bank of America will kick-off with an orientation meeting and training session. During this time you will learn the necessary technical skills and hear about the bank’s professional practices that will ensure you have the best possible start to your time with us and ensure you get the most out of the programme.
